CHANGING NAMES ON TICKETS OR TRANSFERRING TO SOMEONE ELSE
It is possible to change names on a ticket order, however it is not possible to change names on each individual ticket within an order. In order to fully transfer a ticket the original purchaser will need to log in to their Eventbrite to change all information on the ticket such as Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number.
Reminder: If you have multiple tickets in an order you CANNOT change the name on a single one. If this is your situation be advised that we only need to be able to scan the barcode of the ticket.
