Arrival & Tickets

Can I arrive before 2 PM if my friends have early arrival tickets?

Yes, if at least 3 people in your vehicle have Before 2 PM tickets. Otherwise, you must wait until your designated arrival time.

Can I arrive later than the date on my ticket?

Yes. Your ticket is valid for its designated arrival day and any day thereafter.

Can I upgrade to an earlier arrival day?

Yes, at the gate if you’re staying in the same camp. To change camps, email [email protected].

Parking & Vehicles

How much is parking?

$60 per vehicle, plus $10 for each re-entry.

Can I park at my campsite or glamping site?

No. All vehicles park in general parking unless you purchased a Car Camping add-on, which includes a designated vehicle camping space.

Can I drive to my campsite to unload?

• Main Camp: Tuesday and Wednesday before 8 PM.

• Hilltop: No, but parking is adjacent to camping.

• New Camp: Yes, then park at Fairview Station.

Camping & Amenities

Is electricity available?

No. The festival does not provide electricity.

Can I bring a generator?

Yes, quiet generators are permitted. Exhaust must not face neighboring campsites.

Can I stay offsite?

Yes, you may stay elsewhere and commute daily.

Where can I buy ice?

Coffee Dragons Cafe, New Camp registration, White Pines, and Hilltop.

Festival Essentials

Should I bring cash?

Yes. Cash is the preferred payment method.

Any tips for first-timers?

No glass, limited cell service, and no power outlets. Bring a flashlight and face covering for dust, notify loved ones before arriving, and check out our workshops and activities!
