Where do I camp?
Please go HERE to view all campsites and their unique properties. Your campsite only determines where you place your tent. With all admission tickets, you are free to roam the entire festival, including other campsites.
When will I receive my wristband?
Wristbands are acquired upon arrival. Just proceed to the correct gate for your campsite and you’ll check in with a registration attendant who will give your wristband to you once your ticket is scanned.
Do I have to attend all five days?
Not required to attend all five. You may arrive on any day, and tickets are set by arrival day. Single-day passes are not offered, with the exception of the final night.
What if I cannot make it on the arrival day listed on my ticket?
You may arrive on any day after your specified arrival date if needed. No questions will be asked. If you arrive earlier than your ticketed arrival day, you can upgrade at the gate or change your ticket by logging in to the ticketing site.
Can I change my ticket?
Ticket changes are accepted as long as the ticket type you want to change to is available or not sold out. Email [email protected] for assistance.
Can I sell my ticket is I cannot attend?

Does my ID need to match the name on my ticket?
We only require the barcode to scan at registration. However, if you have any issues with your ticket then it will be necessary for us to verify ID. If you need to correct the name on your ticket, log in to your account at theticketing.co and update your information. If help is required email [email protected]
