CHANGING NAMES ON TICKETS OR TRANSFERRING TO SOMEONE ELSE
Ticket changes can be made by logging in to your Ticketing Co account! In order to fully transfer a ticket the original purchaser will need to log in to their www.theticketing.co to change all information on the ticket such as Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number.

You can change your ticket entirely so long as the ticket you want is available on our ticketing page.

TICKET RE-SELLING
We have a partnership with Tixel, who is the official reseller for Big Dub tickets.
They have a great track record with legitimate buyers and avoiding scammers.
How do I list my ticket on Tixel?
Head to https://tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.
How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?
Head to and select “Join the Waitlist”. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket types or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.
How do I download my ticket?
Go to the Purchased tickets section in your Tixel account and download the ticket.
How do I get help?
Head to tixel.com/help and follow the prompts to access Tixel’s help center articles or select “Get in touch” to contact Tixel’s support team directly.
