Understanding the loyalty presale This presale is our way of saying thank you to those who’ve helped shape our community. Returning patrons understand what makes Big Dub special: things like leaving no trace, keeping camps clean, respecting the land, and contributing to the magic that thrives when everyone’s in sync. This presale is only available to returning patrons. Anyone else can get tickets when they become available to the public on Jan 21st.

Access codes were emailed on October 17th. Search your inbox for [email protected] and if you cannot find anything from us around that date you can REQUEST A RE-SEND.

Layaway Available. Split the ticket into 4 payments! Layaway is available for loyalty. You must start your plan by October 31st to split your ticket(s) into 4 installments. If you start in November then you’ll only be able to split into 3 installments. All loyalty tickets must be paid in full by January 16th. To do a layaway, just pick your tickets, go to the checkout screen, then select the option to split into installments.

Financial issues? If money’s tight, don’t let that stop you. Join our volunteer program and you can work off the cost of your ticket by choosing a department to help in. Most shifts happen early in the festival, so you’ll still get to experience the full event. Plus, we’re especially looking for experienced past attendees to volunteer and not first-timers!
