Loyalty membership for this program is determined by the purchasing email address on record from previous years.   

Here are some additional things to know about the Loyalty On Sale:

• Each Loyalty Member can purchase up to four (4) TOTAL tickets during their on sale.
• Loyalty on-sale will take place January 17th at 11AM and end at 11:59PM on February 7th.
• Codes will be emailed the night before the on-sale to the email address that was used when purchasing tickets in the past from [email protected]
• Gmail puts all of our emails into a folder called “Promotions” and sometimes in spam. If you cannot find our emails then please do a search for “Big Dub Festival” or “[email protected]” or peek through your promotions folder.
• If you cannot find our emails when they were sent then you have until November 20th to request a re-send. To request please fill out this RE-SEND REQUEST FORM

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  What if I did not receive my code?
A:  Check your spam folder! Gmail flags our emails or sorts them into strange folders such as “Promotions” or Spam/Junk.  Also make sure you are checking the email address that you used when purchasing a ticket with us for any year prior. Loyalty emails will come from [email protected]

Q: Can I do a payment plan for Loyalty Discounts?
A: Payment plans are only available for full priced, public on-sale tickets.

Q:  What if I worked Big Dub Festival in the past?
A:  All email addresses that we had on file for 2021-2023 volunteers, vendors, and activity hosts will receive loyalty emails.

Q:  How do I make sure I quality for Loyalty in 2025?
A:  Make sure to purchase tickets under your own email address with a permanent (not school or work!) email address.

Q:  How do I purchase more than four (4) Loyalty tickets to Big Dub?
A:  Loyalty Code limits will be strictly enforced. Any order which violates the Loyalty Code limit will be cancelled and a full refund issued.  If you would like to purchase more than the 4 items allowed during your Loyalty On Sale, purchase these additional items during the general on sale.

Q:  How long do I have to purchase my Loyalty?
A:  We cannot say for sure. We recommend purchasing the day they go on sale. There is a pre-determined number of loyalty tickets available and once they are gone then you’ll be subject to spending $50+ more for tickets during the main ticket on-sale.

Q:  What if I do not get my loyalty ticket on time?
A:  You may purchase General Admission tickets when they go on sale to the public.
