Merchant Booth Application
Would you like to vend at Big Dub Festival? Fill out the application below! We will contact approved vendors on March 15th.
Camp Central Merchant Area – $750
Located near the main shower house & food vendors near the Stone Circle Stage. This is the main vending area and the hub for all 4500 attendees that will be there this year.
White Pines Merchant Area – $650
Located in the middle of The Big Bottom, the primary camping area inside Main Camp, housing 2000 patrons.
Hilltop Merchant Area – $450
Located in Hilltop Camp which has 24hr direct access to your vehicle and houses nearly 2000 patrons.
DISCLAIMERS: Pricing is for 10×10 vending space ONLY. If you require more space then please message email@example.com. On-site setup deadline is the day before gates open. Price includes two admission tickets, booth space, and parking. Parking is NOT within immediate proximity to your booth. You are however permitted to camp behind your vending booth. Any additional staff must purchase admission tickets for the area that you are accepted to vend in. We will supply each merchant with up to 100watts of power which will essentially be enough power to light your booth. Any additional power, tables, cords & lighting must be provided by the merchant. If a generator is being utilized by the merchant it must not be loud or disruptive. Booth must be paid for before May 15th or your spot will be given away to someone on the wait list.
RESTRICTIONS: You may not sell any of the following: beverages, smoking substances, glass pipes or bowls.
